I had been sent a notice in regards to my student loans being in default. Understanding I could not commit to making full payments, my wages begin to get garnished from DCS.
When i first begin seeing the amnount that was being garnished it took me for suprise.
I have been trying to contact DCS to see if I am able to reduce the amount of my garnishment.
When trying to call in to the collection agency, you are greeted by an operator who then connects you to your "account manager". Unfortunatley I have not been able to directly speak to my "account manger" (Monica). I have placed several calls and left countless messages. I have yet to recieve a return call. when I call back to speak to someone differently, the operator never leave room for you to speak and keep connecting you to an account manager that in my opinion doesnt exist.
How am i supose to communicate or inform of hardship if there is no one available to speak to concerning my account. This has been going on for over 6 months
