DCS collection company for my student loans pleasanton, California

Hello,

My name is Lili Tello, contact number is (((ROR redacted))). I've been having a lot of problems with this collection agency. They have called and harrased me, insulted me, and threatened me. I started paying them $120.00 as of March 2008, and as of March 2010 when I called in to make my payment they never returned my phone calls two months pass by and they cal me once again insulting me, and calling me a low life liar because I haven't been keeping up with my payments. I'm a single mother of three children making 13.16 an hour and not getting any help from the government. I agreed to pay them and they started playing games with me. I tried numerous times caontacting them and the number they have goes straight to voicemail. They started guarnishing my wages. I was barely making it before, and now I'm about to lose my home. There is alot of wrong doing done with this company, they have guranished my income tax check for the last 5 years, and I still owe 10,000.00.  This issue needs to be addressed. lease call me asap..
