The letter I recieved is basically like the rest. It is dated for feb. 20th 2009. Here is verbatem what the letter say...winning final notification

we apleased to inform you that you are one of the declared winners of DE-LOTTO NOTH AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY ON SHOPPERS held on FRIDAY JANUARY 15th 2009 in the 2nd category.

You are therefore entitled to the sum of $125,000.00 US DOllars.This is from total prize money of $4 Million US dollars that was shared and presented among the 32 declared winners. Please not that all the participants were selected through a random computer ballot system drawn from over 500,00 names.

In accordance with our disbursement policy your prize award money has b een forwarded to our clearing/disbursement institution to release your funds to you.

Your claim number is XXXXXXXXXX(im not including the claim # unless someone contacts me to catch these sob's & lock them up & throw away the key) and has been assigned to our North American Claims Affiliate. To expedite the processing, enclossed is the check of $4,875 US dollars which has been deducted from your winning. The sole purpose of this FIRST CHECK is for the payment of applicable GOVERNMENT TAXES on your big winnings.

Government taxes cannot be deducted from the wining amount because of the insurance bond policy coverage.
The tax amount is USD $2,875 (TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDERED SEVETY FIVE DOLLARS) to be paid by WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM directly to the government tax agent.

Please do not attempt to use this check until you call. We urge youi to keep this winning CONFIDENTIAL until your claim has been processed and your cash remitted to you as this is part our security protocol to avoid double claiming or unscrupulous acts by non participants taking advantage of this program.
