I recieved this letter in the mail. It will say CONGRAGULATIONS on the envelope. De Monaco Heritage Fund is in black. They will ask you to send 25.00 for service fee. It sounds legit they even quote Albert Einstein, how sorry is this. I am in school and a single mother, this is cruel and I am just glad I did not have a credit card.
