Huddleston lost his Def/Slander case in Macomb County Michigan.  Mr. Huddleston was sued by Utica Attorney John Temrowski ( The one and only) for Def/Slander.  The case # is 2010-005044-NZ.   The party was given $250,000.00 in damages b/c this guy or better referred to by the court as a callous Coward slandered a family business on the internet.  Can you say Karma????  I told his ex-wife Lisa Markowicz Huddleston that I was going to run this son of a b***h's a*s up a flag pole and thats exactly what happened.   
    Judge James Biernat Jr. was appauled at what was written on all of the examples that I brought in of Mr. Huddlestons work.  While he was so busy trying to slander my family name and businesses I kept my cool long enough to know that this idiot was to much of a p***y to show his face in the court room.  Not only was this guy running like a chicken when his wife filed for divorce in Feb of 2007 everytime I tried to serve him ,but he did it this time as well.   The guys on every dating sight known to man and or pervert and when she decides to get out of the marriage you'd think he'd be happy yet ran like a leopard to avoid being served ( must have been the tax return he lied about).   This time it was a little more difficult but well worthit.  
    I'm going to financially choke this guy like the chicken he is for what he wrote but no matter what its personal satisfaction just knowing he has to pay the $ to even file it in a Bankruptcy in 2016 LOL!
This would make 3 times this guy couldn't manage his affairs ( uhhhummm no pun intended) or his finances.  He lives off his wife who unfortunately has been nothing but a menace to the whole situation as well.  She called me in December and was crying to me how her husband walked out on her.  Though this didn't surprise his ex-wife at all to her it was simply 'typical' of the guy I actually almost dropped a tear for her sake and I don't even know why.  
    Lets not forget that he supposably was deceased according to his "mail" that came back to my office but I too soon found out No such luck.  You think this grown p***y would have learned by now that it just does you NO good whatsoever.  In January he lost visitation of his now young son for exactly this kind of behavior.  Like I've said many times before he simply has nothing better to do with his time and how happy can he be in his 'marriage' to spend so much time on me and others not named here.   All I can say is "Thanks Buddy"!!!!!!!!  I will be mailing this judgement out to people I am sure will appreciate it, businesses he's put an act on for and future victims I can see coming his way.

It sounds like you weren't very good at being married and you're even worse at being divorced.  Think of that sweet little boy.  If you have legal custody of him, then you should be grateful for any help that you get.  You are the one in charge of not only your child's physical needs but his emotional needs as well.  I know a lot of single moms and they get nothing.  It looks like you've done nothing but spend your time on the internet like a teenager.

For having married you, I certainly do need to have my head examined.  My wedding day was one of the most embarrassing days of my life.  I just keep telling myself that if I weren't around, God knows what would have become of my son. 

If you have time to go down to the courts and ask to have your child support lowered then you have enough time to get an evaluation on yourself more than anything.  Give me a break! 

She had them running around for her for a few years.  Now the police, CPS, FOC and other authorities just laugh at this woman.  Her parents were crackheads and now she has headed down the same path.  This woman is a disgrace as a mother.  But the courts are so backed up that she will never be investigated as she should be.

I wouldn't need a dollar for every stupid thing written on here I could retire on a penny for every stupid a*s thing written on here.

I have been told by so many people that I need to file a restraining order against this dumb b***h. 

God knows how many times I've heard about how she lives in BIRMINGHAM and that I live in Wixom, which I don't but it seems to make her happy to think so. This is all this b***h needs to make her feel good about herself.  Today I get umpteen text messages because apparently the FOC has f'd up their paperwork and I am showing to be about $250 behind in child support so she is filing a show cause motion.  How well can this f****s be doing that she has to spend $20 in gas and a whatever other fees because her son's father, who takes care of his son most of the time anyways, is TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS behind? I mean, let's me honest.  You live in BIRIMINGHAM but $250 is going to break you plus my son literally owns TWO pairs of pants.  If she only spent as much on our son as she did for McDonalds, then we would all be happier.

I don't file any police reports against this idiot any more.  My local police department simply told me to not waste my time on this idiot.  Her own attorney said that she was crazy at our last court appearance.

Yes, more police reports were filed.  And, once again, no charges were filed. The allegations made upon me have thus far been considered frivolous and unsubstantiated. However, upon the advice of my attorney, I have been advised to not use any names while civil suits and/or investigations are possibly pending. However, I can defend myself and I stand by any previous reports, comments or allegations that "I" or my wife previously made either in this report or any other related reports.

I will furthermore comment that if the so-called 'victims' of defamation of character and/or slander were innocent then they would not continue to feel the need to either defend themselves or give out futile police report numbers within these reports.  I have chose this venue to exercise my First Amendment Freedom of Speech and shall continue to do so. I applaud ROR for granting me this right. However, any more details regarding this circus side show, I see as meaningless.

I couldn't help but to notice my name.  I guess calling myself Tar Heel is somehow making me the victim/individual reported.  I can assure you that I am an innocent and somewhat unbiased party here. 

If this woman is going to win anything in a Slam Dunk defamation case, she might want to learn to clean up her language.  I honestly wasn't taking any sides but this lady is a nut.  If she wants to trace my IP address she will see it connecting this rebuttal right outside of Raleigh, North Carolina or however IP addresses work.

I just feel sorry for the children included in this woman's life.

I am trying to follow what the ex-husband is getting turned in for.  Who cares about all of the back and forth as far as the law goes?  The police don't arrest someone because someone else said that they are fat, ugly, stupid, or whatever.  There are obviously some bitter feelings here but you can't get someone arrested for calling you names.

As a former attorney, I can tell you that this whole ordeal is a waste of time for everyone involved and in more ways than one.  I don't practice law any more but I do know that this case will never see the inside of a courtroom.  I would jump on this case just for the money.  I would charge a $5,000 retainer, file the paperwork and just let the clients duke out 20-30 hours of my time. 

As far as IP addresses, no one will ever trace an IP address for something this minor which leaves it to the author to endorse his correct name.  Then, if the author did endorse his real name, which would be pretty stupid, he could just turn around and deny it anyways.  Not to mention, even an IP address doesn't tell anyone who was in what room at what time.  And with this whole scandal dealing with ex-wives, ex-husbands and teenage kids, just how the hell does anyone expect to get anywhere? 

I can't help but to see that the one that is making the biggest threats tends to be the one that has cast the biggest stones.  I'm definitely very interested in this case just from the standpoint of some real hotheads that like to go overboard when they feel that the other one got one up on them.

I hardly see this case making any sort of precedent as it pertains to a bitter divorce.

I think it's clear that anyone that has defended her or that delinquent young daughter of hers is all the same person; Lisa Markowicz.  I just can not believe that Child Protective Services would let this woman care for children.

Why cheat this child out of the opportunity to have two parents as opposed to just one?  There is a good chance that this little boy could turn out to be bitter and resentful.  Forget about yourselves and think about your son together.

She calls everyone a child molester or pedophile.  She uses the word 'incest' like it's funny too. She makes fun of people that have to work or if they don't make enough money.  And if you pay your bills then you are cheap.  She condeming two fathers that want to see their kids.  I seen comments about Lesbians now. And she's even called people that she doesn't even know fat while she gets irate that kids in her daughter's school have called her daughter fat.   Redneck jokes which she associates with incest.  She clearly hates men.  She actually condones, thievery, swearing and lying.

What's up with the email portion?  LOL.  I haven't owned that email address in at least 6 months but good try Lisa.  The Wixom police have access to that email account upon my request. I can assure anyone, I don't put anything in an email or voice mail with this woman.  Remember when you broke into my email account like some obsessed ex-wife and got information on my parent's bank accounts, and my brother's cell phone account, etc.? And I don't suspect her of doing this, she actually leaves me a voicemail TELLING me she did this.  LOL.  But then, since she also knows my voicemail phone number and a code on my cell phone account(which I don't even know) and erases the voicemail, 5 minutes later. That was a good one.  I was pissed at the time but now I can laugh at it and tell you how good of a spy you are.

Please let me have Glen Close in Fatal Attraction instead of this woman. I enjoyed the one writers association of her with Fatal Attraction.  You had me laughing hard on that one.  She hasn't boiled a rabbit yet but she has her own new and creative ideas.  I want her to call Steven Speilberg and give him some ideas for his next movie.  This woman rants and raves about what a terrible person I am, yet she has to know EVERYTHING I do, where I am going, where I live, where I work, traces my wives background and relatives, bank accounts, cell phone accounts.

Important information for anyone out there, although many of you may already know this.  This woman has a tracking program put on my computer.  She is able to break into my email account and see anyone and everyone that I email.  Then she sends them some type of BS email, pretends she's someone else and when they respond, she can track them as well.  From that point, once she can track them to their computers then she can get passwords when they log into their bank account,  cell phone account, email account or whatever.  We did get lucky, as my step-son was able to print out one of the 'anonymous' bragging emails that she had sent and traces the IP address to Royal Oak Beaumont.  The same place she works as it just happens to fall on a Saturday in which she volunteered to work. 

Personally, I never gave her much credit for being too intelligent but this scam took some time and follow through.  Although, I'm sure that her nephew, Ricardo Markowicz, has tutored her through the process.  The kid is pretty good with computers.  That is, when he's not out beating women or being convicted of animal cruelty for throwing pets into the street to watch cars run them over. 

This people is why you don't inbreed.  You have an aunt that is now a step-mother, a cousin that might be a half brother, and a brother that is married to his cousin.   I wouldn't call them red-necks but they're certainly not normal.

After calling the the police with FOUR false domestic violence reports(two of which were proven to be false), two false child abuse reports(one of which to the police and CPS) and accuses me of child molestation of a daughter I have known for over 12 years; there's not too much that could possibly embarrass me any further. 

If anyone decides to date this woman, which I doubt, but if you do, BEWARE.  You are dealing with a 44 year old woman that has had THREE boyfriends in her life.  And with those three boyfriends, she had two abortions, a child each with two of them and married one of them.  Yet somehow, she managed to file domestic violence charges against all three of them at one point.   Hmmmm.  Two convictions.  I got off on mine.  Once they sat down and realized that they had three police reports and all describing the incident as happening at different locations of the house, they figured something was fishy.

All I'm saying, is keep an open mind.  Don't dismiss what I am telling you here.  I know how it is, you meet a woman and it's all candy and roses and hot sex but just keep what I claiming in the back of your mind because she hasn't gotten any better.  Quite the opposite, she's gotten worse. 

My goal is to prevent some poor guy from going through what myself and at least two other victims have suffered through.

And nice try, Lisa, with calling my job to tell them that I was stealing office supplies to sell on eBay.  ROFLMAO.  They knew it was the same voice as the woman that called several months back and said that she was from the Friend of the Court and needed to verify my social security number.

I just can't believe all this.  No one knew who this woman was until TODAY.  Now, half the town knows who she is.

This whole story is so wild on both sides but this lady sounds like a nut case.  I just hate to see a child put in the middle of it all.  She's so worried about her ex-husband.  I think she's got split personality and OCD.  I know those are simple terms but in this case very accurate.  Not split personality where she thinks she is Jane one minute, then Bobby the next like you see in the movies.  Simply put, she doesn't know who she is.

I am a licensed psychologist.  But just the length of her text, displays that she thinks she is the center of the universe.  And she will manipulate, everyone and every situation until she is that center.  I would guess that she at some point in her life has felt very alone, very outside.

The ex-husband clearly needs to channel his energy into something that is going to be more beneficial for him.  I believe he clearly has some anger management issues but with his child being dangled in the middle, I can understand.  Courts seldomly offer a solution but in most cases just initiate the problem.  Dealing with this woman is going to get you no where.

You wouldn't be putting any of this online if you didn't love your child.  I really didn't know what to think but when I saw the fact that you had abandoned your child, was when I started to piece it all together.  Fathers that abandon children, try to ignore their existence not put it in a discussion forum.  Unfortunately for you, she is not going to understand this.

We all couldn't help but notice that on your rebuttal about how Kirk is writing his own rebuttals and complaining about the impartial witness you left your own name there.  Real smart.  It is obvious that 'Lisa' is the one that writes her own rebuttals.  I saw enough when I say the police reports about you breaking into his email and trying to make his wife think that he had a girlfriend.  You had Kim going for all of about 30 seconds, that's how close the two of them are.

Kirk is in love.  Can't you just leave him alone?  I've seen some dirty tricks pulled in divorces, Lisa, but your tricks are legendary.  When I saw your son recently it made my heart break to see what you have done to him.  Nicholas was happy when he had a father in his life and out of your own jealousy you had to take that away.  Now look at your son.

I'm a woman so I usually take the woman's side.  But you make me sick.  No woman acts like that.  Notice how long it took a woman to want Kirk?  Kirk has always been great with kids so that was the wrong kind of blow to try to hit Kirk with. Bad men don't find new wives and definitely not that quickly.  I notice how you have gotten quiet rather quickly, I think you know what you have done.  Sorry, but it's too late. 

Kirk is 'related' to me.  I'll just leave it at that.  He doesn't even know I'm writing this.  I think this whole bashing each other on the internet is ridiculous for one.  And that goes for each of you.

With that being said, Lisa has tried to be the victim in all of this but I know better.  Lisa moved out 2 times in their first year of marriage, and it was for petty stuff.  And now that she's been divorced, she's moved 5 times in TWO years.  So you can definitely see the instability there.  I also know that Kirk never 'dated' any women until he filed for divorce in 2002 AFTER you had moved out twice already but decided to cancel the divorce because he felt he had too much to lose.  And, as we can see, he was right.  So don't keep playing it off as if he was this swinging gigalo.  He told you he was staying for his son only.  And, although, I guess he could be lying, he met women as friends.  Granted, a married man shouldn't have female companions but when you made his life miserable by berating him in front of his son and calling the police and having him sent to jail for a night, I can't say that I blame him.  He never slept with anyone.  Again, I"m taking him at his word but I really don't think he would lie to me about it.   Even when his new wife moved into your old home, they were actually just friends whether you believe that or not.  And that I do know because that's how he would introduce her.  I know one night they stayed somewhere overnight from a party and they slept in different rooms. 

I also know that you brought up his criminal record from 15 years ago, before he even met you,  during the divorce proceedings.  That was very dirty and I really think that's what made your divorce so rough from the beginning.  Kirk was good enough to have a child with AND good enough to marry but when the going got tough you used every dirty trick you could think of.  And really the only one that has really suffered has been your son. 

You had your attorney go after his parents for money that you borrowed from them and decided to deny responsibility.  Kirk's parents were more or less trying to prove a point and you try to strong arm them with a crooked attorney.  And, once again, you got what you wanted and Kirk's parents caved and dropped their lawsuit.  Plus, they lost the $75 for filing the case to add insult to injury.

The last thing I was going to say, is that I got wind of a comment that I heard you say or write recently about Kirk being a better father when he was with you as opposed to his current wife.  And that's what really prompted me to write this to begin with.  You might have some truth.  But I know Kirk and the poor guy has given up.  He used to look forward to seeing Nicholas but you had the gall to file a false police report and a false report with CPS, not let the guy see his kid for almost a month.  And when it was all done and said, you never even got reprimanded as you weren't even in court that day and somehow ended up getting an extra weekend with your son and took that away from Kirk.  So now, he must, by court order not see his kids for TWO weeks straight.  And I know Kirk has to work at least half the time when Nicholas is over for the weekend.  I know Kirk never wanted to be a weekend dad, well that's what you have made him.  He gets to see his son about 3-5 days a month and you think that's fair?

And, as a result, Nicholas is now going to end up being as screwed up as your daughter obviously is.  The more I have heard about you, Lisa, the more I can understand Kirk.  I really want to reveal my identity but I don't want to get my name slandered all over the internet, so I am restraining from doing so. 

I know you accused him of stealing an $8,000 tax refund.  What did the guy do with it? He paid the mortgage you were suppose to pay part of.  He also paid his car payment and for a new transmission for an older car while you drove a BRAND new truck.  And he made more money than you.  As far as your comments about him needing to stop sponging off of his parents.  I believe that was YOU more than anyone.  According to his parents, they haven't had to lend him a dime since he has been remarried.  And he admits he's not making as much money now with the bad economy and all.  Now let's see, he divorces you, makes less money but doesn't have to borrow any more money.  His new wife HATES to borrow money, she has something called class.

Then I just heard last week about that little tramp daughter of yours giving the middle finger to Kirk's parents while you were filing a false police report saying Kirk hit his son.  Kirk wouldn't hit a grown man, much less than his own son.

Trust me Lisa, your name is mud in this family.  I normally wouldn't waste my time to do something like this but the more I have heard about you and what you've done, I just couldn't resist.  It's when we all go online and read the trash and the lies that you say that gets us going.  You should be ashamed to call yourself a mother.

Alex is now getting a lot of flack from what you have taught her, LISA.  I hope you are happy.  Being a parent is a duty as much as a privilege.

I already said what I had to say about Alex.  All I know about the mother is that she was at the school one day, yelling and screaming like a crazy lady because some kids were teasing Alex.  We thought it was funny because all Mrs. Markowicz kept saying was the she taught bible school and that her daughter wouldn't steal and she swearing while she was saying it too; lol.  She wasn't like any bible school teacher I ever saw. 

Little does she know, Alex told at least 3 different people that she stole some stuff.  Oh, and she wasn't wearing a bra either, yuk.

I work for Macomb County.  This case is well known out here at the court house.  I don't want to say much and I WILL get into trouble if I reveal my identity.  But I can enlighten anyone out there that has their own little comments for which I know they know nothing about.

This guy is stressed out, obviously.  He has learned what most guys out there should already know and that is that the FOC is not the friend of the FATHER.  Perhaps he shouldn't have went online and posted such personal information but he did.  I think he did it at the spur of the moment and maybe he regrets it, maybe he doesn't.

But I will say this much, his ex-wife has put this guy through hell.  The fact that 'child molester' and his name are even put in the same sentence is awful.  I read the motion and I saw what was said.  She kept threatening him with emails, and phone calls, and motions.  He got ticked off one day and emailed her back," Yeah, that's right **** I am a drug dealer, alcholic, crook, bum, child molester......blah, blah, blah"  Not the exact words but pretty close.  Well she takes the email into court and gives it to the court.  It was clearly sarcastic, the judge knew it was sarcastic but she used it her advantage. 

His son was NEVER taken away from him.  He had his parental rights taken away for about a 6 week time frame because he didn't show up for court. And even that was because he said he never got notification.  It had nothing to do with anything but that.  Whether she sent it or didn't, I don't know.  I do know there was no proof of delivery.  And, for that reason, when he went back to court his visitation was restored immediately.  I think he was saving the money for an attorney.

I was talking to the guy, he's actually pretty cool.  But then again, I"m a guy too.  He loves his son and everyone has said that.  He's a little radical with his actions but that's all this amounts to.  The guy is mad. As I said, I really can't say who I am because I would lose my job but I can tell you to believe about 10% of what you read.   Every time she comes into the FOC she is wearing hospital smocks on, greasy hair, weighs about 500 lbs and talks to EVERYONE in the lobby.  Plus she has a whole stack of papers, no file, no briefcase, just papers and papers of emails and police reports.  Everyone in our lobby has heard her story, over and over and over again.

I've been working at the FOC for some time now, if they think for a second that a father has done something wrong, then they yank his rights away and cause holy HELL.   This is a clear case where a little boy would be far better off with dad but the courts won't do it.  I know for a fact that the more bogus reports she brings into the referree, the more she is hurting her case.  Good or bad, the FOC operates on facts, not hearsay.  

Good luck to you, Kirk.   A lot of us are pulling for you.  That lady is nuts!
