I signed up for deal dash and they asked for my credit card information, in which I was under the impression that it would be used only if I actually purchased something. I went into my settings to switch my credit card info, and I noticed that 30.00 was taken from my account, So I emailed them to ask why and to request a refund, and I still have not heard anything back.

Why would you think that?

Since you are so willing to just give your Credit Card number to anyone, did you bother to read what you were actually signing up for?

Don't worry you don't have to answer.  We all know the answer is NO, because you failed to read the Terms and Conditions that you said you agreed to when you submitted your information.  As if you had you would have found out that you were signing up for "bids" to use on their site.

As for getting your money back, good luck.  But you may have a better shot at actually calling them(if you can get through).  If they do refund your money..great.  If they don't you better go back into their site and make sure you didn't sign up for any "recurring" charges.
