my name is michael i am the owner of june auto sales, i have signed for dealer match liking the idea of me not have to go to the auction to buy a car and not paying the auction but this not all not true here is the realty form my own expriance

in dealermatch.com you see retail prices and you have to make offers on the car in order for you to buy it but guess what every wholsale price you offer it will be declined

in dealer match they promise you that you will not pay auction fees but guess what since you will not be able to drive the vhicle or check it out t you have to buy deal shield watch you have to pay for it almost the same amount as your auction

after i gave up and said to my self it is ok i did bad investment and lost some money on the process it happens to everybody it will be just a month and i am done with them guess what if you did not cancel before the 30 days that you paid for they will charge another $399.00 if you called asking for a refund they will not approve it and they will say you have to notify us 5 days before your cancelltion

i should not have not signed up with them from the beging

Unhappy dealer

AUTHOR: Manager, Dealermatch - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2014

This dealer was not open to a solution that would have provided him access to over 700,000 pre-auction vehicles and never properly utilized the service.  He signed up, made a few offers that were 35% or more below wholesale values, and then complained that the dealers were not reasonable.  He never approached the values needed to purchase a wholesale vehicle.  Dealermatch has recordings of all calls and this dealer refused to discuss anything but a full refund.  We will not refund any subscription fee when the product has been utilized...although in this case he used the product improperly.  Dealers who expect to purchase cars below the wholesale market value are not reasonable and there is no product in the world that can solve that issue on any consistance regularity.  We have nearly 2000 satisfied customers in the most demanding industry known to business.  Our support and results of custoemr satisfaction are reflecting on tremendous growth and expansion of Dealermatch.  Dan
