DealExtreme.com dealextreme Ships broken merchandise: purchased a USB cable for iPod Internet

Purchased an Ipod charger (3rd generation shuffle: 3,5mm to usb). After 2 weeks, it arrived and doesn't work (tested on multiple computers). The device is working with alternative cables.
