deals on wheels lied to me as a financer about the interest rate after i made a payment and didnt fix the issues i pointed out after promised n tried to charge me wilmington Delaware

Sales rep Regina asked me why I came in to them. I explained another dealer interest rate was 23%. She had a look on her face as if that was too high in which I agreed. She ean my credit amd said it wouldn't be anything like 23% which made me go forward with looking at their cars. I found an 2001 jetta volkswagon and pointed out a few issue woth the car as far as the vibration and the wheel alignment.

Regina stated that it would be fox by the time I got back with no problem nor charge . I come back the end of May to do the rest of my payment after i made a non refundable down payment the interest rate was actually 30% & nothing was fixed to the car. She had only put in power steering fluid nor did she even report this issue to the mechanic nor manager of what I wamted fixed before I came back.

So I had to leave because I had to be to work even doe I asked 3 times was it ready to go amd was my car fixed because I work too far from the dealer and she said yes. I also recieved the car dirty, with a empty tank. I had to come back up there twice killing gas just for them to send me else where to get it fixed tryna keep it overnight when it had a month to be fixed and acted as if they was doing me a favor bu not charging me a deductable for calling their mechanic a month later.

I scheduled an appointment with the service center and gets there and no one knew i was coming and at that they dont even do wheel alignmenta there. I had to then go home again and come back to finally get some help and they told me it would only be an hour n that it would be fixed right away but I got my car 7 hours count later with no phone call stating that it was done. I want a full refund, I will not invest money with these people for 3 years. Especially when I was told by Regina that my payment was only a year and a half.
