Never buy anything from this site - it is an absolute scam! They take money for items they don't have. After a month of waiting and promises that my item would ship they finally admitted that they didn't have the item. They promised a refund but did not deliver. Finally after threatening them with criminal and civil action they sent my refund. However they use a site called Dwolla for payment and it takes forever for the money to transfer. If I'm lucky it will be 53 days after placing my order before I see a refund. After searching for other comments on the internet I see that I am not the only one who has had this experience with this company.

"Stupid" Reputation Repair Effort

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 10, 2016

This comment speaks for itself in the way the person who wrote the rebuttal suggests about the complaint itself.

First, any company that refers  to a consumer as stupid is not worthy of any consumer's purchase. Second... if it were not for that persistant position held by the writer of the rebuttal... I would be convinced the comment is that of a reputation repair effort.

Mission NOT accomplished. There's a law of the universe that suggests we receive back what we put out. In my opinion, your efforts only achieve the opposite of reputation repair.

Despite my comments addressing your rebuttal, I am genuinely compassionate for you about the resentment you've expressed, as I am clear that "hate in your heart consumes you too." Certainly I am not blameless of the same kind of thoughts and expression.  Therefore I would like to share with you my lesson learned while having done so.  A wise one once said to me... "A resentment is like poisening yourself, expecting the other to die."

You may want to reconsider your choice of wording in your comment so as to allow the reader to receive your actual message.

Best Regards.

Dealscube-Owners Statement

AUTHOR: Ris49 - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Friday, April 17, 2015

I am confused about the Statement Dealscube has a protection policy.  You should extend that statement to YOUR protection policy is to make a claim with the company you used for payment. At least this is what you stated on your Web Page. ACTUALLY Dealscube has no method it's self for protecting consumers. It depends on the descresion of funding sources.

 Purchase Protection
Full purchase protection through the payment processing companies such as Paypal, Amazon Payments, Google Wallet etc

Another twisting of the truth it appears. Actually I question what Dealscube does for buyers other than connect them to scammers.

Don't like my comment. Perhaps I should post support emails from Dealscube and the seller.

Not totally correct

AUTHOR: Ris49 - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Friday, April 17, 2015

If the Owner and operator of a site Knowengly supports and seller or business that Scams their customers that owner is just as responsible.  Yes , it is up to the buyer to check the seller policies but after that the buyer can only hope the listing agent has done the verifcations they stated.

I know for a fact that even though it is stated your information is kept private, it is not. The buyer information has to be shared or how else can you pay or receive merchandise. On the same order form the sellers contact address and information should be provde. Why would a legitimate Seller insist on hiding behind a website Wall.

This website knows what it's sellers are doing but still allows them to sell. I have emails to back my statements.

My statement is this Website and Owner is aware of what sellers on his site are doing and does noting to protect consumers or assits.  This is why I say consumers should not use this site. They should use a site that protects their interest. The owner of this site is only concerned with collecting his fees and not with the problems of buyers that are connected to sellers through is site.  My emails from both seller and Dealscube can easily verify that.

Seller Comment Speaks for It's self.

AUTHOR: Ris49 - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Friday, April 17, 2015

I read your review and I have to say most of the comment is knocking the owner of this website for the fees he charges and service that isn't provide. Then you have the gaul to turn around and call consummers stupid.

"   Its obvious buyers deliberately start throwing crap at everyone because they dont want to admit that they were not intelligent enough to read and keep on top of the sale. They expect everyone to do things for them and dont want to take responsibility for anything. And the second they have to do one thing, they start making up excuses and complaining. "

Perhaps the reason you are still with the site and paying his fees is because you are part of the ripoff. His site hides and protects scammers and for the most part appears to be why most of his sellers are listing on this site. If it's so terrible and fees so high with no support, then who is actually the stupid one. Why sell with this site and pay fees.

Ebay as you said is cheaper, more support and provides protection for both the seller and buyer, so:::::: Wait, I just answered my own question. Protection for the Buyer. Ebay also requires a certain standard from it's sellers that Dealscube does not.

Your right about one thing. It's only a market place and the real scum are the sellers that just want to rip someone off and give any honest seller a bad name. Whay , if your an honest seller , would you assoicate your name with this site and continue , in your words, to pay rediculous fee's. Opps, I think I answered my own question again.

Owner of Site Incorrect

AUTHOR: Ris49 - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Friday, April 17, 2015

I tried this site. I purchased an item and then after the 10 days stated to receive my payment request from seller there was none I contacted seller several times and each time they stated 5 more days, 3 more days etc. I contacted Dealscube for assistance and received a email each time stating to contact the seller????  No information was provided about Seller, However the Seller had my information. So much for privacy as Dealscube stated.  I could only message the seller through Dealscube.  I received NO support. The Seller himself in a message stated they didn't have the merchancse they were selling. They would have to order, receive and then ship to me.  At best 30 days and most likely Never.

Dealscubes may or may not be a fraud site, However they cater to Scammers and seem to almost go out of its way to protect these Scammers. Deaslcube knows exactly what the sellers they represent are doing and support them with messages like read their shipping policies and other comments about payments and such as if what ever the seller choses to do , it's ok.

NO guidlines for sellers, no restrictions and most likely the reason they choose Dealscube to advertise on. Either way, YOUR most likely going to get ripped off.  Why put yourself through this. Other sites offer support and protection. Neither of which this site offers. IF the owner rebuts this I will post my Messages from both the Seller and Dealscube as proof to what the site is about.

DealsCube Is A Scam

AUTHOR: We Pay - ()

POSTED: Saturday, October 18, 2014

The fact the person who owns DealsCube.com is a scum bag. He tries to deflect the fact that people get scammed from this site left and right and he does nothing about it. In fact, his main focus is to steal as much money from both the seller and buyer as possible. To start things off, this scumbag doesnt trust anyone whatsoever. If your a seller, you have to folk over $20 before you even get started. There's hardly any sales on this site and he's got the gaul to charge sellers 5% of everything. Then to add to his scam, he tries to steal as much as another $150 for you to open up your own online store with software that doesnt cost him a dime! He conviently calls it a non refundable setup fee, which in realistic words is RIP YOU OFF! He tries to bate sellers into caughing up $150 and says he charges you 2%, then once you sign up he jacks the price up to 5%, making the $150 you just spend nearly impossible to recup.

We had a online store for 6 months and had no problems, he's got most of the money we had given him when we had signed up and no doubt he's going to steal it. Luckily my credit card company will file a chargback against this scumbag thief.

Both sellers and buyers stay clear away from this site!

Looks Like DealsCube is a Liar!

AUTHOR: We Pay - ()

POSTED: Monday, September 29, 2014

Regardless of what the owner of DealsCube aka Games they are both the same people. He goes on and makes a public statement that is nothing more than a lie. The guy that runs DealsCube is a bit of a scammer himself. We currently sell on this site and a complete joke. To anyone that has a problem with DealsCube, put simply, Dealscube is a marketplace so you CANNOT blame DealsCube for what a seller on their does. Its between you and the seller. Its obvious buyers deliberately start throwing crap at everyone because they dont want to admit that they were not intelligent enough to read and keep on top of the sale. They expect everyone to do things for them and dont want to take responsibility for anything. And the second they have to do one thing, they start making up excuses and complaining.

As for this guy that operates Dealscube.com, he's a bit shaddy. As a current seller, let me tell you the inns and outs of this place. First off, he charges an arm and leg nearly 3x the average fees that his competition does and does nothing for it. He just threw off a new online store that he wants to nickle and dime anyone he can make a dime of off, He wants to charge sellers to open a store on opencart and charge them a non refundable $50 for something that costs nothing. He wants sellers to pay him money to setup something he just has to copy to his website and nothing else. Then has the gaul to charge additional 2% of everything you sell. There's hardless no sales on this site to begin with and its been a year we've been selling. Oh and furthermore when you open a store on his auction side, he wants $20 upfront for his troubles so that you dont run away. Its been a year and sales on this site are soo terrible that we didnt even use up $3 of the $20 he made us pay upfront.

There are no tools for sellers to make price changes, you have to manually go into each one of the listings and manually do changes. He just released a bulk edit too for the auction side of his site and mysteriously deliberately didnt add the ability for sellers to make any price changes to the shipping and pricing. If you want that feature you have to spend $50 just to get the store up and running and then, get this, wants another $100 just to have the ability to for sellers to change prices. So $150 just to get the same things that his compeition is giving away for free. And dont forget $150 then an additional 2%. The module that he has to buy costs him few dollars and wants 20x the amount he paid for it to have it installed.

When you confront slim shaddy about it, he mysteriously doesnt bother to answer emails, even when you email him 1000 times. He knows what he's doing and doesnt want to confront you about it. The site has no traffic, no sales, and yet he wants to nickle and dime everyone.

I did the requested process for refund, but denied.

AUTHOR: kelwat - ()

POSTED: Thursday, August 21, 2014

I have also purchased from Deals Cube and the seller told me that the items were backordered. I have all the documented emails to verify that I tried to work with the seller. When I requested the refund- he told me that it was too late.

I emailed Deals Cube to see what recourse and they told me the same thing: "We regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you on this issue since it has been over 60 days from the date you purchased the item.  Per dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee Program, you must submit a claim to dealsCube.com no later than 60 days after the date you purchased the item."

It's over 60 days because of the backorder. I think that the $50 is gone because that is the way the seller planned it. By claiming that the items are backordered and then when you try to get the refund, he is using the 60 day rule to keep the funds without providing any service or goods. I never received a refund nor any further correspondence. It's a brilliant scam I'd do it, except I have morals and a conscience.

Blaming the Wrong Person For Your Problems

AUTHOR: We Pay - ()

POSTED: Saturday, April 05, 2014

To the buyer. As with you and others like you, you get all mad and direct your anger at the first place you think and thats the marketplace or hosting marketplace. As Dealscube stated, the seller is the one that you have your gripe with not the marketplace. The marketplace DID NOT sell you anything nor is it their responsibility to resolve issues with you. That is between you, the payment source, and the seller. With other places like dealscube, their function is to host sellers products and sell them. If a seller is scam seller then he'll have many disputes against them from buyers, the seller will have the opportunity to claim if nor not (1) he shipped the item to your billable address (2) if the item was exactly how it was described and (3) what the terms of the sale are in which you the buyer and the seller are legally bound to.

Dealscube has a legal right to sue you for damages if you cannot back up your claims. You tarnish their reputation and image. Your rebuttal which has listed has nothing to do with Dealscube and yet you go on splashing the name of the owner all over the place. You do not know how to handle your problems and will lash out at everyone and everyone that has to do with the fact or not fact that you got scammed.

Its your responsbility as a buyer to ask questions, look at the advertisement, and everything else. If your not certain about something, ask questions. No but you and everyone else like you, you dont read anything and then when something goes wrong you blame everyone there is to blame and start running your mouths like the innocient victim.

There is a professional way of dealing with things, and that is resolve things in a professional manner and give the appropriate time for the seller to respond. If he cannot prove that he shipped the product out or anything else, in a respectable time frame, then your next course is to contact the payment service and file a dispute. Nobody put a gun to your head and said to use that payment service, you could of easily gone to another site another seller or someplace else and got the item. You knew exactly what you were getting into when you decided to pay for an item via a payment service you had no idea what it was about. Its your responsibility and no one elses for you to know what actions you have with paying for item via a bank account, credit card, check, whatever, not anyone elses. You made the payment account, you supplied the information and you submitted the information based on you own actions.

Again your taking shots at someone who had nothing to do with the transaction, that is between you and the seller and the payment service used. If your not sure about something or something doesnt feel right to you, simple dont buy it and/or ask the seller questions and then decide. But no you get into a argument with someone who has nothing to do with the transaction and again he has every legal right to sue you for whatever he thinks it should be.

Next time you decide to take shots at people, make sure you dont go off 1/2 cxhocked and start blaming everyone in site. Look at feedback, look at the product, ask questions, read the policies, see how the item is priced compared to others and if its too good to be true, etc. If you dont like anything about the payment, the advertisement or anything, simple move onto other seller. Its simple as that.  You make the mistake and you point fingers to people who have nothing to do with it. The Dealscube owner has a right to defend himself over the slander you had stated. All that URL links have NOTHING to do with Dealscube but the seller himself. With all that effort you put into falsley accusing Dealscube, go after the seller not some guy who is trying to make a living in a market place. Dealcube doesnt have your money, the seller and the payment service that YOU chose to pay not anyone elses.

Oh and something else. you used a payment service that you knew nothing about and once again never bothered to do anything about it in terms of research and now that you find yourself out the money your course of action is to blame anyone and everyone. The only person to blame is yourself.

As a buyer (as stated above) its your responsibility to read everything there is in a listing, if your not sure about something ask questions, if you dont get the right answers, then move onto someone else. If your not sure or warry about anything, then move on to someone else who has a payment service your comfortable with. Your the one that bid on the item (more than likely checking feedback and the sellers history until after the fact) then move on.

DealsCube threatens me for my report - here is more interesting info.

AUTHOR: pupperpawz - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 11, 2014

Apparently DealsCube.com is capable of responding quickly when they want to. I posted my original report on Ripoff Report as well as other websites on January 15, 2014 at 6:50 pm (1). On January 16 at 12:51 pm, 18 hours after filing the report, I received a call from someone calling himself Chris from DealsCube. “Chris” refused to give a last name when I asked, (although the DealsCube website lists a Chris Asnek as the person to contact if there is a problem with an order (2)). He did, however, threaten to take legal action if I didn’t change the report.

I am not normally one to file reports on companies, and certainly not to take the time and effort needed to pursue things further than that. However, I do not take well to threats and intimidation. For this reason I decided to look closer into this company. What I found was very interesting.

According to the Better Business Bureau, dealsCube.com is a DBA for GameDeals US, Inc., and is located in Pompano Beach, Florida (3). The BBB gives this company a grade of F for not responding to a complaint just like mine. Manta lists another variant of this name as gamedealsRus, Inc. with an address listing of P.O. Box 15246

Pompano Beach, FL 33061. The owner’s name is listed as Jim Miller (4). Jim Miller is also listed as the Marketing Manager of DealsCube.com on LinkedIn (5).

Searching the name GamedealsRus provided more interesting information. Apparently this company is a reincarnation of another company called AEGamesAuction, which also has a history of undelivered orders (6). AEGamesAuction also has a complaint on Ripoff Report for (you guessed it) failing to deliver orders (7). Even better, the Ripoff Report lists another name associated with the company, Sadi Aydin (more on this later). There is also an address available (along with another complaint) on local.com of 1009 N Ocean Blvd., Pompano Beach, FL 33062 (8). Reviwers on Resellerratings.com raise an interesting question about this company – are all, or most, of the stores listed on the site really the same people (9)? I found this question interesting because of the emerging pattern of complaints among the three different parent companies and the companies that sell on their sites. Also associated with the same address for these companies are EaseEmart.com, Bath And Vanities Inc., and Buypalonline.com. There is a Ripoff Report for these companies as well, for failing to deliver orders, as well as another name – Beata Aydin (10).

So who actually owns these companies? From the research above four names were obtained. Jim Miller, Chris Aznek, Beata Aydin, and Sadi Aydin. All four of these names are associated with the same companies and/or the same addresses. Of these names, two are virtually impossible to find using a simple internet search. It is as if they do not exist. More importantly, the only ones listed on the Florida Department of State website and associated with the address of this business are Sadi and Beata Aydin. The Aydins have three inactive registrations: buypalonline.com, Bath and Vanities, and Picture of Light. There are no business, corporation, or ficticious name registrations in any of the business names discussed above (11). Since Florida law requires all businesses, including those doing business on the Internet, to register, it appears that these companies are doing business illegally. However, as I am not an expert in these things, I will leave it to those who are to determine what is going on here.

dealsCube.com is not a scam

AUTHOR: dealsCube - ()

POSTED: Thursday, January 16, 2014

dealsCube.com is a marketplace. We do not own or sell any items listed on the site. Plus all our buyers have a Buyer Protection from us. If the item was never received by you or was received by you but is damaged, defective or materially different from what was displayed on the dealsCube.com website by that seller, your purchased covered by dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee Program. We actually stop sellers from scamming to buyers.

You (the user pupperpawz) purchased the item from the seller, not from dealsCube. You have threatening the seller with criminal and civil action, not dealsCube.com. The seller failed to delivered your purchase and under the dealsCube.com Marketplace Guareantee Program, you received a full refund. Therefore, you were not scammed. dealsCube.com has protected you from being a scam victim. Your refund was issued through Dwolla, because your payment was received through Dwolla.
