RockBottomPrice is doing business on ebay. I bought some software from this seller and I did not recieve what was advertised. I complained to the seller and all I asked him was for a positive feedback because I had paid him so quickly. Dean Clark the owner responded with a threat that he was going to give me negative feedback. In case any of you don't know negative feedback can really hurt you on ebay.
I find out now from some of the other buyers that have left positive feedback that they too complained about products not recieved and were threatened with negative feedback. Since most of the junk this guy sells in under $100 dollars most everyone just gives up and leaves him good feedback. I won't and intend to fight back with small claims ect and of course reporting him on this National Consumer Forum where millions come to check on deatbeat companys such as Dean Clark's.

Thanks to Rip Off Report Problem Resolved Fully

Dean Clark has refunded my money and we mutually agreed to retract our negative feedback on E-Bay that we had left on each other. So the problem is 100% resolved and I have nothing negative now to say about this company. This company made good on it's guarantee.

Well that was a quick one and my thanks again to the Rip Off Report for getting me a speedy refund. The p***k still left a negative feedback and there will be no full retraction from this report until he does but the jerk refunded the money for the bait and switch item he sent.
Thanks again EDitor, I have ordered a copy of the Rip-Off Revenge Guide for my son Jeff and I urge everyone to do the same. $21.95 Is a cheap price not to be walked over by people like Dean Clark. The Rip-Off Revenge Guide really does work as it just did in this case.

Yes I had a similar experiance with him where you ask for a positive feedback and he responds with a childish threat if you dont leave him positive feedback first he will leave a negative feedback on you. Then if you call him on it he throws a fit like a five year old school girl. I will never ever do business with this wierdo again. This is one sick puppy and I advise all BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Yeah he's sent me threating emails and from what I can gather from other buyers is that he is an azzhole to them too. He false advertises alot. People are intimidated by him and his hatefule emails. I urge any Ebay buys to pass this clown up and go to one of the many other seller that dont have so many complaints, 40 un resolved complaints is a very high number for this seller. BUYRES BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Dean Clark is a dirty bird that don't fly straight. Pretty bad when all you ask for is a positive feedback and this guy goes bezerk. Very unstable mind it appears.
