i visited this dentist , made the appointment 2 weeks in advance , he had time to retreive my x rays from my previous dentist , he did not , i knew i had to ohave 3 fillings , i decided to have two , upon completion of the first , he shattered the second , said " i feel bad , because i didnt know the extent of decay ( would have gad he done x rays / gotten previous x rays from old dentist ) i get to the lobby after he half patched the tooth he damaged , me and my roomate witness the receptionist on the phone within lobby hearing giving out patient names , social security numbers , and procedures they were attempting to get prior authorazation for , this is illegal due to HIPPA laws , this person Pam was ignorant , when my roomate who works in the medical field told her what she was doing , she ignored him , bowed her head down in shame, this is a prime example of how somoeones idenity can be stolen .

happy now , mispelled words thats so trivial of you to point out , when one is so upset they do make mistakes , you were not in the office , youve not seen what he did to my tooth ,the oral surgeon ive seen since has the correct information that Dr Garfield DID Not have,
it will cost me 4,000 to fix what he did , normally a dr's office waits a week to file an insurance claim , he took 1 day ( im rebutting the claim ) , go take the money someone gave you to write this and have a great holiday .
the government website where i filed a claim also agree's he make a mistake. so eat that.

I was posting a review for Dr. Garfield and came across this very surprising review. Dr. Garfield has been nothing but professional in my dealings with him for ten plus years; as well as his staff. After chemotherapy, he worked successfully on numerous problems that he could have referred me out for. As an employee of a referring Oral Maxillofacial Office, I KNOW that Dr. Garfield receives xrays and will not do surgery without them. He has excellent reviews from all of our patients which can be confirmed on numerous websites. This review makes me angry; it has the potential to ruin the reputation of a good man and his practice. This is a passive aggressive approach and just proves to me that you nor your roommate are professional enough to voice your concerns in a constructive manner with him or his office personally. By the way, HIPAA is spelled incorrectly. I will agree with one thing; and that is that there is definitely a jerk here.
