Dean Spasser aka Dean Murray, Running an Envelope-Stuffing Scam Maryland Heights, Missouri

Dean Spasser (born in 1958) of "Advantage Publications" claims to run a "direct mail marketing company".  Sometimes he calls it a "direct mail advertising company". This is a lie, either way he words it.  He actually runs an envelope stuffing scam.  You can read about it under "Advantage Publications" aka American Publications, on the Better Business Bureau's website.  He uses the alias "Dean Murray" on his website, but he is Dean Spasser.  Murray is his middle name.

The closest he comes to running a direct mail company is that after he rips you off, he will rent out your name and address. He will rent out your name and address even if you just request information about his scam.  Then you will get a whole lot more scam offers from scammers across the country.  I suppose he could say that he uses direct mail to try to lure in more victims at times. 

He allegedly rents out the lists through Macromark, Inc, in New York.  This is in conflict with his Privacy Policy.  Taken from his website, here is the privacy policy:

"Privacy Policy

Personal InformationIn conjunction with receiving and fulfilling customer orders, Advantage Publications collects personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. Customers may choose to submit orders and payment through a third-party payment processor such as PayPal or Linkpoint. In such cases, those third-party web sites collect personal information pursuant to their own privacy policies and provide us with information necessary to fulfill orders and collect payment.

Information Sharing

We will not share or sell  your information with any third parties."

That's strange that his privacy policy says that because he rents out your information.  Maybe "rent" it out is different than "share or sell".  Maybe it's just a special language where Direct Mail Marketing means Work-from-home/Envelope Stuffing scam, and "we will not share or sell your information" means "get a bigger mailbox if you respond to this".
