The REAL Death Row Dog Rescue, Inc that is a legit 501(c)(3) is registered in GEORGIA and is owned by THE GEORGIA HUMANE SOCIETY and NOT DIANA PETERS!! We have contacted her about removing her Facebook account under the name Death Row Dog Rescue and even showed her that WE have the legit 501 in that name and provided her with our EIN number and asked her to do the same and she said it was on her Facebook site. We checked and the info on her site appears to be a corp registration in the state of Florida but it is NOT THE LEGIT IRS DETERMINATION LETTER and she DOES NOT HAVE AN EIN number for her Death Row Dog Rescue in Florida! If you are going to create a bogus non profit, Ms. Peters, it would have been wise to NOT choose one that was ALREADY REGISTERED WITH IRS!! We are reporting this to the IRS because her organization had better not be using OUR EIN for her donors! Diana Peters' organization in Florida IS NOT a legit 501(c)(3) non profit and I have that registration and I sign the 990 tax docs annually and it's in GEORGIA! I have proof that the REAL DRDR is registered in GA and is owned by the GA Humane Society, NOT DIANA PETERS!

Diana your most recent post asks people what the truth is. That is ironic since you keep ignoring the truth. The truth is that you are banned from pulling dogs from Broward and Miami shelters. The truth is that when a person tried to pull a dog from a Broward shelter she had to sign a contract stating she would never give the dog to you. The truth is also that Fur Angels has pulled dogs and given them to you because you are banned from getting them yourself. The truth is that you have admitted that you are unemployed and spend money people donate for dogs on your own living expenses. The truth is that you are not a 501c3 and you admit that you are not one. The truth is that you used to run an antique business but were sued by Miami's government, lost that lawsuit and had to sign an agreement promising to never run an antique business out of your home. The truth is that to save money you tried to play vet tech instead of taking dogs to a vet and the dogs died. The truth is that dogs that other dogs were removed from your property coated in tar and they were infested with ticks to the point of being anemic. Do you want me to go about the truth because I would be more than happy to continue.

Diana we have been over this so many times but your post above leads me to believe you forgot everything I previously said. I have contacted the shelters in Broward County and Miami-Dade and asked them if you can pull dogs from those shelters. They said you are banned from pulling dogs. If you are not banned tell everyong why so many people are stating you had Fur Angels pull dogs for you and why you constantly post that you need people to get dogs out of the shelters for you. If you are legit why don't you tell everyone why you refuse to produce copies of every single cancelled check, all credit card receipts and invoices for every dollar you received and were given with the past fiscal year? Myself and one other person each stated we would pay you $40 dollars if those documents matched how much you told the State of Florida you spent and received and if the checks, invoices, receipts and credit card documents showed you didn't spend a time on your personal living expenses. We have been asking for over two years and you have been refusing for over two years. If you have nothing to hide why do you keep refusing? The $80 would go a long way to helping dogs. Also, if the Humane Society in Georgia registered the name Death Row Dog Rescue with the Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, DC then you have no right to use that name. It will be easy for everyone to contact the Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, DC to see if they registered the name. If they did than you will be liable for tradename infringement despite the fact that you filed papers with the State of Florida.
