People who are interested in buying from Debbie Rondeau of wagintails.com should read all the rip off reports against her. They should do a search of Four Paws Shih Tzu and FourPaws Shih Tzu.

Thank you, ...I am so glad you are keeping all up to date on this breeder. She has cheated many people and it breaks my heart to see the pictures of the puppies on her website, not knowing how they are being treated. I asked her if I could come and see the kennels and she told me no.
