My fiance ordered my wedding ring from this company back in Sept. 2008, for our wedding which is the 1st of Nov. 2008.
After placing the order she got a conformation email with in minutes.
This email and the website said the ring would go out in 2-3 business days.
Within 2 days the money for the ring was taken out of our bank account.
We figured that was a good sign...
After 20 days still no ring, no tracking number nothing.
We called and got an answering machine 3 different times and left messages.
We also sent 3 different emails and got no response either.
Finally last night I called again and happen to get someone who, said I'll have someone call you... I couple of hours later someone did call and stated the ring was on backorder. "WHY COULDN'T they call or email us this info weeks ago?"
Mind you now we have 24 days till the wedding.
He then said to call back tomorrow to see what we can do...
My Fiance called back today and after a number of calls finally got a hold of them.
After her stressing her dissatisfaction, she was told they would put the money back tonight. We shall see.
I find all of this business practice very shady...
