Debit Corporation of America Ripoff! I don't want to believe I got SCAMED! But alas it may be TRUE! Miami Florida

My story...

I saw an ad on tv in Jan '04. I was fedex'ed a video and a packet. In the packet were several references which I called and they sounded legitimate. A few days later the territory director, Joyce Heath, contacted me. After doing some research like calling the FL Better Business Bureau and searching on the internet I decided to proceed. Unfortunately I never came across this site.

I invested $19,490 for 5 systems on 1/7/04. About 7 days later when I was expecting to receive my product, another representative called and stated there was an overwhelming response in my area for this product and they wanted to offer me a deal to purchase 15 more systems for $1,700 a piece. I was very supicious and was definetly not going to invest anymore funds. Since wiring my funds, every time I call and ask for my territory representative, Joyce Heath, I get bounced to someone named Harvey who keeps telling me that Mastercard is behind due to the overwhelming response and he's not sure when I'll receive my cards.

To date I have yet to see any credit cards or display units that I was promised. I don't want to believe this is a scam, but as another day comes and goes the reality is that I'm still waiting...
