This was the letter to my Attorney:

First of all, when I bought the equipment from them, I was told that these systems were being installed in MoneyGram stores, where purchasers of these Prepaid Mastercards (P-P/MC) had the convenience of Moneygram for all their transactions. Two weeks after I received my equipment, I spoke with DCA's Operations Manager (Harvey Wall) about MoneyGram and he informed me that they were no longer doing business with them (This is a very shady business practice). One of the things that I question is, when did they first find out about this? Was it before or after my initial inquiry? Which would have been June 2003. MoneyGram was the reason I purchased their systems in the first place.

There is another thing that has me irate, DCA's shipping manager (Bill Judd) called me at work one day to sell me more systems. He claimed, 25 systems were being returned, because the guy who purchased them was in the process of getting a divorce. This guy and his son were going to do the business together, but his son had gotten deployed to Iraq. Now, I don't know how much of this story is true, but I would like to have their books audited, because I think they are lying. I don't think they're lying about the divorce and deployment of the son, but more about the time frame. What month or year did these events occur? When Bill Judd was selling 4 more systems, he made it sound like it just happened, which would have been a September time frame.

I am suspicious, because their salesman, Sandy Gold, asked me, "you are not going to stop with just six systems are you?" He asked me this question right after I purchased my original package. I explained to him, I wanted to see how well these first six did before I'd consider more. I think that question and my answer is what motivated DCA to call me to get me to buy more systems.

Wouldn't you know, prior to the shipment of my original order, I get a call from Bill Judd (DCA Shipping Manager), offering me 4 more systems at a discounted price. It wasn't right for him to call me at work to sell me more systems and he put pressure on me to make a decision. It was a now or never type of proposition. I couldn't think, so I agreed to 4 more, knowing full well that isn't really what I wanted to do.

There have certainly been too many coincidences for me to be happy with this company and the products they are pushing. I'm not sure if their infomercials still sell the MoneyGram concept or not. I have contacted MoneyGram, but still haven't received a response. I know for sure DCA's website still shows MoneyGram as a big sponsor of P-P/MC. Although, MG isn't doing business with Mastercare anymore, so I don't know why they haven't removed it from the site.

Their big sales pitch: "For the first time anyone can get a prepaid Mastercard." But not everyone can. Mr. Harvey Wall told me that all people needed was a government ID to get a P-P/MC. I asked him which government, the USA gov't or any foreign government. He said, "any government." I know this is only here say, and will not stand up in a court of law, but I feel they are misleading honest, hard working people. I invested my whole lifes savings into a phony, unethical scam.

You know, I am really fed up with this company. They are supposed to help me place these ten systems and they haven't followed through. They have only helped me place three to date, since September 2003. I have two customers that purchased the P-P/MC three months ago and still haven't received their cards. I'm in a position of refunding these people their monies, because Harvey Wall won't give me the phone number of MC Enrollment Dept., 11900 Biscayne Blvd., #250, Miami Fl 33181 to get some answers. I've inquired about these cards and he assures me that they are being shipped, but my customers never receive them.

I don't know what the hold up is, but I'm d**n tired of it. If I can't get you to help me expose them, then I will go to the Attorney General of the state of Florida or Virginia.

I know you don't work for free and I don't expect you to, but if you thought I had a good case, I could try to scrounge up the money to put down and we could move forward with this.
