I do not generally post my grievances online, but in this case I feel I must warn others against using this company.  In June 2011, I was put into contact with the Debt Restructure Group by a reputable lending company when I was trying to restructure my debt.  After talking to the representative and doing a lot of homework, I thought I was making a good decision in asking them to help me with my debt.  It was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made.

After they had everything set up on the computer and had started to withdraw the monthly payment that was suppose to be used to go against my debt, I tried to contact them to get updates on the negotiations with my creditors.  I could not reach anyone personally on the phone that could help me.  The receptionist always had the same story, "I will give customer service the message and someone will get back to you".  I specifically asked on several occasions to be called on the phone and no one ever contacted me by phone.  I did receive some emails that were short and impersonal, never helpful in answering my questions.  Worst customer service I have ever had.

I waited too long to cancel this service, and gave them too much of my money.  I have not received a refund, as they claim the money was for legal services.  Ha, I never received any legal services and basically paid for a service I never received.  

If you are considering using this company, don't do it.  You will regret it.
