Deborah Decoure Designs Deborah Jones Decoure pushy, arrogant, defiant, deceptive, Paso Robles California

I am writting this report for friends who hired Ms Jones, Decoure. At first she seemed ok. She had some good ideas for an interior update on a kitchen area and colors for painting interior walls. One problem was that she assumed the role of a general contractor. She is not licensed as a general and was hiring people to work on,cabinets, tile, paint, shutters, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry. She would increase their proposal to include her mark-up. She has a business license for the city and experience in doing window coverings and shutters. Most of the people she sub contracted with were not licensed or had expired licenses. This of course is not what a potential client would want and borders on deceptive actions and would not be condoned by any state licensing board. A major issue occured when one of the "contractors" made mistakes in the beginning of the project. These mistakes began showing up as others tried to do work and could not continue until errors were addressed and made right. That then created a domino effect. Ms. Jones-Decoure created another problemwith here attitude and somewhat defiant nature. Now. confronted with major issues Ms. Jones-Decoure's arrogance and pushy demeanor became very apparent and her willingness to address and resolve proplems became very frustrating

Issues still exist as of today. My friends have lost time, money and patients trying to deal with this woman. They would suggest to anyone having a "designer" help with any projects to first check that person out thoroughly and don't just look at a web sight or positive comments from unknown people. 

Ms. Jones-Decoure is now not returning phone calls to try and solve remaining issues. My friends are not unreasonable people and just wanted a proffessional job. They are at the time of this statement, considering some type of resolution through the courts.  Their excitment and joy of a new kitchen and interior updates have been compromised by this woman, Deborah Jones-Decoure...BEWARE.
