Deborah Langley Deceptive Business Practices Newport Beach California

Deborah Langley, located in Newport Beach, California, utilized the services of a major legal firm to acquire one of our bonds via decepitve business practices. We executed a contract for the purchase of our asset, which was to remain in the custody of the Law Firm, from whom we received a Safekeeping Receipt. Instead of following the contract, the Bond was released to Ms. Langley, who was not party to said contract. The contract went into breach, and we went to the Law firm to regain custody of our asset, and were informed they no longer had the Bond. It was at this time that Ms. Langley surfaced in the transaction, and informed us that the contract was not valid and countered with a secondary price. This was after the Broker Chain had made a previous counter offer, which had gone unfulfilled. We were assured on multiple occassions that we would be apid, and never received any payment. We have now been told that, after two (2) months, the asset would be returned to us within a couple of days. 

At this point were are now going to pursue litigation against all parties involved in this transaction including, but not limited to, the Law Firm, Ms. LAngley, the company that contracted for the Bond and all of the associated brokers/facilitators.
