Hello,
To all that utilize legal services especially in the Irvine, Ca area please be aware of Debra Grimaila, Attorney at Law. She overcharges for her services, charges for services that you do not approve and essentially looks to make as much money as possible even if her actions border on being unethical.
Her website states that she can litigate with cost effective strategies. But all she manages to accomplish is anger the people she works with including the judges and clients and hike up her invoices and in the end having nothing to show for it.
She is also condescending, rude and unprofessional when working with her and is not willing to listen to anything her clients have to say.
You should avoid doing business with the person as much as possible.

My name is Debra Grimaila, Esq. I represented the company, New Image Computer Services, Inc. dba New Image Technology, its President, Alex Fridman, and its Vice President, Peter Miraglia in a lawsuit where they were defendants accused of fraud. After a short period of time, my clients stopped paying the bill and returning phone calls to make decisions important to their case. I filed with the Court a Motion to Withdraw my legal representation of them in the fraud case filed against them by a former customer, JOCI International. I arranged a very orderly and informed transfer of my former clients' file to their new attorney, CUT MY BILL BY HALF, and the clients agreed to, and did, pay the reduced bill.
NOW I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT NEW IMAGE COMPUTER SERVICES, INC. DBA NEW IMAGE TECHNOLOGY, ITS PRESIDENT, ALEX FRIDMAN, AND ITS VICE PRESIDENT, PETER MIRAGLIA HAVE POSTED FALSE AND DEFAMATORY STATMENTS ABOUT MY LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND BILLING PRACTICES ON THIS WEBSITE.
ALL OF THE STATEMENTS MADE BY NEW IMAGE, FRIDMAN AND MIRAGLIA ARE COMPLETELY FALSE. The Law Offices of Debra Grimaila was completely successful in every Law and Motion matter that was brought before the Court, correctly billed the client for services rendered, and even reduced the bill to these complainang clients. I acted ethically at all times in my representation of the clients who were being sued for fraud.
