Please help!! I have been a customer with Debt Relief USA for almost 2 years and I was on my last account to pay off. I just found out they went out of business and they have approx $2000.00 of mine that I need back in order to pay off my last account. I want to get this paid off to start working on building my credit back up. I have left nemerous messages for Debt Relief to call me back, but just found out they closed there doors. Please help!!

Universal Debt Management Company is owned and operated by some of the same shareholders, partners, former employees and settlement team that ran Debt Relief USA into the ground. Glen Hines Valerie Leath, Matt Oliver. This is the same group of employees and shareholders that were operating under Debt Relief USA in Addison, TX that is filing bankruptcy. The main founders job duties at Debt Relief USA was to oversee Dallas, Texas

Debt Relief USA They are holding my 'set aside' funds of over $3500 - that I have paid them to work with a credit card company to settle my debt. The contract of 42 months expired on 5/23/2009 and they did not even try settling this debt. They deduted $500.00 each month from my checking account. I have put a stop payment on any future withdrawals. I have tried calling them constantly every day since April and no Addison Texas
