I contacted Debt Settlement USA in late April 2006. They had promised to help settle my debts with my creditors ,but instead collected $8,000 without more than a couple of offers to settle.

I started to get lawsuits filed against me by various creditors in county court in July 2007 I stopped making payments to Debt Settlement USA and filed for Chapter 7 protection to stop this action.

I hope I am not too late to join any class action lawsuit against them as advised by the Judge when I filed.
