My husband and I too have been duped by DebtXS. We settled 2 of the 3 credit cards ourselves and have 1 more to go that they have done nothing about. If you are interested in filing a class action suit against them, please let me know. I don't know how to do that, but surely someone does.

I too have been burned by Debt Xs in Frisco TX. They took me for $5,000 and am willing to join any class action lawsuit brought against the company. They have ruined my credit and I am now trying to settle as much as I can on my own. The good news is, there is precedence against them by the Attorney General of Texas.

I am in a similar situation with DebtXS, and I am very intersted in participating in a class action suit against them. I don't know how to go about it either, but if you figure how please contact me. I will do the same for you. I check this website regularly, so you can respond to this comment.
