Decluttr.com Scanned out of payment Internet only Internet

 I sent about 300 CDs with packing slips in each box. The promise that Decluttr makes is that the payment for your items will be made one day after your items are received and the direct deposit will show in your bank account within three business days. Decluttr received my items on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 and I still have not received payment. I wrote them about this on January 28. They replied on January 24 saying two items were missing and to let them know if I will be sending them. Well this is an email that they should have initiated after reviewing my order contents. If I had not inquired about my order, I have a feeling I would not have heard anything from them. I told them to just credit the amount of those items and make payment as soon as possible. On January 25 they replied and said they would pass that information on to the warehouse and my order would be completed without those items. It is January 29 and I still have not received any payment. I also have not seen any updates on my Decluttr.com account. It shows that 70% of my order is complete, just as it did on January 18.
