Decor My Eyes Stanley Bold complete nightmare experience Brooklyn New york

When I broke both arms off my Gucci sunglasses I was devastated, I sent them to decor my eyes because they claimed to be able to fix anything and because they sold designer sunglasses I figured they would do a good job. I received my sunglasses back a month later and when I took them out of the box to try them on one of the arms fell off and the other arm was fixed so badly that with any type of movement that arm would have fallen off as well. It was the crappiest repair job i've ever seen and not worth the $60.

I contacted Stanley Bolds to ask for a refund, he informed me that he would not give me a refund but If I sent them back he would make sure they were done perfectly. Against my better judgement I sent them back. Another month later I began receiving invoices for the repair when I was not suppose to be charged again. I contacted the company, I was told I was getting the invoices by mistake and my sunglasses would be shipped out right away.

After a week I still did not have my glasses or any shipment notification. I contacted decor my eyes again and was told a second time they would be shipped out. Two weeks after that I still did not have my sunglasses and when I contacted Mr. Bolds he asked me what they looked like at that point I was done with the company and disputed the charge on my credit card.

A week later I received a message on my answering machine from Stanley Bolds telling me that because I undermined him by disputing the charge he was going to take my sunglasses and sell them himself and that I could go f*** myself ( his actual words) he then preceded to send me an email to the link where he was selling my sunglasses on clearance for $99. So if anybody buys a pair of gucci 2739 sunglasses for $99 on clearance at decor my eyes your being ripped off as well.
