I contacted the above company on 05/17/09, my order had not been processed, they told me it will take 3 days for my cancelation to get processed. I assumed they will credit my checking account on that day, when I didn't see my refund, I called them and I was told it will take the accounting department 30 days for them to credit my account. I was bother because no were on their website it says that their return policy takes 30 days for a refund. I called, asked to speak to different supervisors and I was told that they will foward my request to accounting, today is the 30th day after my cancelation was approved and I have not received the credit on my bank account for $73.06 , I am beyond bother at this point because I don't know if they will ever return my money. Please help me get my money back asap.
