I Went to this website www.DcorMyEyes.com and found the sunglasses I really liked. I had the same once but lost them. So I ordered them on the 1st of the month. Customer service representative says it will be shipped in 2 days. It says if the shipping address is US then there are no shipping charges. I was charges shipping fee anyways.

I called them on 3d. Lady said she will refine me my shipping fee.

On 4th I received an email that portion of my order was refund.

On 5th they send me an email that they refunded half of my order and can not complete my order transaction with me paying correct amount. I did pay. The same day I received another email. They have declined my payment. I called back. Lady said that that email was a mistake. Said everything is Ok my order is ready to be shipped.

I received new email on 7th. Email from Stanley Bolds. Saying there is a problem with my order. They had one pair, but it was damaged. They are looking for a new one and they will contact me with in 48 hours.

Today is 12th. No sign of the DecorMyEyes or Stanley Bolts. I called again to the customer service. Lady said she can not help me. Stanley Bolds will call me in about an hour. 4 hours later I called again. Stanley Bolds said they don't have those glasses. No comment on why he did not contact me within 48 hours.

When I said they should've checked this product availability before they put it on sale. On which Stanley Bolds says if I have time to go through his entire website, I am more then welcome. I asked him why they did not tell me in the first place that you don't have this glasses? You had my money you should've informed me answer from Stanley Bolds : We have too many orders we can not keep a track of everything. I have millions of dollars I don't care about your $200. I mention BBB.com- He says I don't care about that either. So what do you want?

I told him to refine my money.
