I had an extremely BAD experience with this one man operation who pretends that it is a huge company with many employees. It advertises glasses in 7 days but my seeing glasses arrived after 33 days. Despite the extened time it took my order to be filled they were the wrong item number and they were minus the prescription lenses. Talk about incompetency. Mr. Bolds picture should be in the dictionary under the word.

He lies, he cheats, he is uncouth and is just downright irreprehensible as a human being. Join the box to slap him with a class action suit. He should not be allowed to conduct a business. I paid 327.00 dollars got the wrong frames and no lenses. I have filed a claim with paypal and suggest that others if they used paypal do the same or file a claim with your credit card company in order to make it impossible for people to order off the internet and be taken advantage of. I also suggest placing calls to his 1800 number since every call you make he has to pay for. This might make up for the amount of money he has fraudulently taken from customers.
