Unfortunately I did not read all the reports and ratings of the online company DecorMyEyes.com prior to placing my order. The company is rated highest in the world online and is endorsed by Google.  I placed an order for Tag Heuer glasses and did receive them within 2 week. However, because my optometrist wrote a wrong lens prescription and I needed progressive lenses, I called customer service to ask if they would sell and ship just the correct lenses without sending the frame back to the US, to save time and money in shipping.

Customer service said yes and the new order was entered and paid for.  Tony Russo then emailed me to let me know they could not just send the lenses. I argued and said they had already agreed. He then cloned the first order and shipped my original lenses a second time, again wrong! 

When I contacted him to point out the error, he got rude and said he should never have taken the order in the first place - that it was "an idiotic order".  I then called him and on the phone he acknowledged the error and said he would send new lenses against a payment and shipping charges. I said it was his error he should pay. He then started questioning why an American like me lived in the Middle East with all the "((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))" and that he hated the f...g Arabs and why didn't I just come home."  I told him he was out of line and that this had no bearing on the order. He then said what did he care - he was from Brooklyn and didn't give a s..t about the rest of the world.  I should have taped the conversation, it was worse than Borad and Bruno movies put together!

I now still await my lenses and he is demanding an extra $175 to ship them....have disputed with CC company.

Stay away from these guys - have a feeling after reading all reports that Stanley Bolds and Tony Russo are one and the same person.
