Decormyeyes.com - EMalish Corporation HORRENDOUS Customer Service! Brooklyn New York

I found DecorMyEyes.com when looking for contact lenses to purchase. Received an E-mail from "Stanley" (who it turns out is the company owner, and probably the only employee who apparently works from his home in Brooklyn) offering to find me the best price available on the type I was looking for. I canceled another order I had placed as I really liked Stanley's helpfulness, and thought he'd save me $25-30. Well, after a couple E-mails back/forth, I get an E-mail saying that, oh no, they DON"T sell contacts (even though they are listed on the site and can be placed in the shopping cart!). And of course, now the E-mails have no signature of "Stanley" anymore.

In the end, he was completely unhelpful, rude...and caused anger instead of preventing it! I can understand if there was an error - it happens. His attitude was completely uncalled for. His tagline is "Customer support at it's finest." Let me tell you there is no other company out there who is more opposite this statement that Stanley at DecorMyEyes!

Do NOT do business with this company! Don't support the "Stanley's" of the world - there are lots of good company's to support.
