DED Custom Plastic Fabrication LLC Doug Dionne Liar and Scammer!!! Took money $1773 but didn't send items! Janesville North Carolina

 Warning do not do business with DED Custom Plastic Fabracation LLC via Esty.com , DED Custom Plastics Fabracation on Facebook or www.dedplastics.com! He's a FRAUD/SCAMMER!!! I initially contacted this company 3/15/17,via Etsy.com. I paid in full $1,773.00 on 4/22/17. The agreement was 50% at the time of order and 50% prior to shipping. On 5/11/17 Doug stated he had shipped my items. I paid Doug $1,773.00 to build an acrylic bakery display case 48" w x 24" D x 54" H, 6 acrylic shelves , and 4 acrylic cupcake displays. The total price was to include shipping the items by freight.

Doug is located in NC, and I'm located in MO. After numerous phone conversations with Doug and payment in full he stated that my items had been pacakage and ready for pickup by the freight company. After several weeks of going back and forth by phone, text, and email messages Doug states my items had been picked up and shipped. I asked serval time for the tracking number and company name. Every time I asked for the information he had an excuses and apologies why he hadn't gave me the company name and tracking number. Shortly after that he stop answering my calls or responding to texts.

After practically begging for the information for a week, and not receiving the items. I had a friend of mine call him from a different number and he answered. I immediately called him serval times he wouldn't take my call. It became clear that he hadn't ship the items, and took my money. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company they are now in the process of investigating and refunding my money. This has delayed me opening my business. I had to find someone locally to do the items. This really upsets me because I work hard for my money to have someone lie and steal from me.
