I ordered product in Nov. 2002--received part of order--have called 5 times, gave up on 3 because of 20 mins plus hold time @ long distance rate--talked to man 2 times--first time said the product was popular but when they got it back in stock all backorders would be immediately filled--second time man told me it would be shipped in 3 weeks--that was more than 3 months ago. I have lodged a complaint and demand with the company via email--don't have much hope for an answer!
