I placed an order with deer Creek Products in November, 2002, for 2-bottles of weight loss formula, I later received word that my order was back-ordered, but would be shipped soon.

The company charged my credit card for the order in the amount of $48.88.

I was told several times that my order would be shipped soon.

Now six months later I have never received my order, and I cannot get the company to answer either of their phone numbers.
