i CONTACTED ADT FOR MOMS HOUSE SO SHE CAN HAVE SECURITY SYSTEM.THEY SEND DEFENDER WHICH IS A CONTRACTOR OF ADT AND THE GUY WHO WAS THERE WAS RUDY CABALLERO.MY MOTHER ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT WHICH THEY TOLD HER IT $349 DOLLARS AND SHE WAS FINE ,AND THE GUY TOLD HER WE CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD AND WE WILL SEND YOU A RECIEPT BY MAIL.IN REALITY THEY CHARGED $532 DOLLARS AND THAT IS WHEN THE WHOLE SCAM STARTED. WHEN WE CALLED THEY TOLD HER THE SALES GUY MADE A MISTAKE AND WE TOLD THEM THIS NO MISTAKE THIS IS A SCAM AND THEFT YOU DID.WE FOUGHT I AM WAITING FOR $187 DOLLARS OVERCHARGED.

SOMEBODY CALLED FROM ADT TO REFUTE EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID IN MY COMPLAINT. WHEN WE SPOKE I TOLD WHAT THEY PROMISED AND WHAT THEY REALLY DID AND HE ASKED IF I HAD IT WRITING AND I ANSWERED THAT I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH A CORPORATION AND BOT THE CORNER STORE.AT THE END OF THE TALK THEY PROMISED ME MORE REBATES.THE PROBLEM IS NOT ADT IS DEFENDERS AND SUB CONTRACTOR FOR ADT.
