I made a purchase of a nude YSL handbag from Hollywood Glam Consignment for $1000 on July 28, 2015.  I emailed her a few days later asking for a tracking number...she responds saying that she would contact the seller...days later I email her again asking her if there is not a tracking number today that I would like a refund...she said she was more than happy to give me a refund asking me to send her my information...so I did and days later no refund.! I contacted her again and she said she would refund it to me today and still I did not get a refund! The only way I could get in contact with her was through email. I have tried calling her and no answer it goes straight to voicemail.
