Delbert is nothing more than a lying con man! He will stop by your house with boulders in the back of a beat up pick up truck, telling you that he has extra boulders that were not needed for another job. He brags about all of the customers he has and how long he has been in business. He is always talking about all huge jobs he is working on which he initially uses as a reason as to why he can't finish the job you hire him to complete. In a nut shell, he has no idea what he is doing in regards to landscaping, the only skill he seems to have is running his cons. But he is very good con man and seems to take pride in it.

He is a complete loser. He is around 40 years old man, 5'6" probably about 250 pounds, with short buzz cut hair, that comes to a widows peak in the front. He is white, but has a redish tone skin do to all the time he spends going door to door running his cons. He is still living with his parents in Tempe, who have no problem covering for him when you call. He claims to have a huge house in Queen Creek, but he does not own any property in AZ.

He picks up illegal immigrants, has them do all the work then cheats them as well. I have seen him force his workers to drink. According to one of his "workers" he threatens them with deportation, if they question his not paying them. He tells them. "Who are the police going believe me, or a drunk illegal." He also sits on his lazy a*s and makes racial comments while his "crew" are working. He calls them his "wetbacks" or his favorite term "wets". He is one of the worst human beings on the planet.

He will give you every excuse in the book, leave the job unfinished, and take your money. He will ask you all kinds of personal questions to gather information that he can use to try to con you. He also uses the AZ Lawn name, which is close to a reputable company named AZ Lawns. I checked with the courts, a couple years ago, at the time he has 17 cases against him. He claims to have gone to Arizona State University, but I don't believe that for a second. If you come across this despicable man, please try to get a photo of him and post it. Everyone needs to be made aware of this scum bag.
