Dell hardware Tech Support-in home warranty service- was great. The software dept. is not.
Paid $180 to spend hours with first tech- nice but had same and more problems after 2 hours. Called back- made appointment time- and was stood up 7 different times.
Was promised a refund And was told that i would still get help because of the time spent etc..
That and those promises for 2 months now have never occurred. my payments are not recognized nor is the refund. my complaints go nowhere.
Empty promises of- "Don't worry i promise i will help you. You are in good hands with me" etc. Was told by 3 different supervisors that "someone would call me absolutely"- "you can trust me", We will absolutely take care of you."
all a waste of time and money, and effort. I am tired of the 2 month hassle of wasted time. Dell needs to get its act together and treat customers like we are more than just their bank.
