Dell Computer Corp. ripoff 9 month old computer has gone down 3 times company refused to replace Austin Texas

New computer purchased Jan. '03 has been out of service three times since then, each time longer.

Fixed the first time after a week. The second after 3 weeks. Now going on 2 months they have not been able to fix and refuses to replace unit.

They told me in e-mails a few times to open unit and try to find out what was wrong. Since I have a service contract for three years and am not qualified to work on computers I refused.

Dell Computer Corp., Dell Inc, Dell Received my XPS M2010 on 01/30/08, Problems began 03/08/08, I've been on the phone almost every week since with issue after issue, after issue. They won't replace the system or give me a rufund. It's still having problems to this day. Round Rock Texas
