What Dell offers in a computer package deal will be less than adequate. I bought a computer package at what I thought was a good price, but it didn't include enough memory to run Windows XP that was installed at the factory. Dell gets around this by "suggesting" that you buy more memory. So the rule is: if they suggest it, you need it. Forget the package offered. That's just the bait.

Finding out how much memory I really needed and how much my computer would hold required dealing with an assortment of people who do not speak English as a first language and who also know little or nothing about computers. So, you have a language barrier in addition to the long waits on hold.

If one of these "Award Winning" customer service people tells you something. The next one may tell you the opposite. They offered me a credit when I returned an ink cartridge, but didn't tell me I needed to spend more than the credit in order for the credit to be honored.

Don't use a Dell printer! They suck up ink worse than any computer I've ever seen. You'll spend more time buying and replacing cartridges than you will printing.

Dell is a bunch or faceless snake oil salesmen that make car dealers look like cupids. The slogan, "It's As Easy As Dell" should be changed to, "Nothing's Easy With Dell."
