 It is a false claim that Thomas Sheffer is a scam artist. Mr Sheffer ALWAYS pays hit installers for any work they perform as long as you have work order. Just like any business in the world. I have installed and serviced for Delstal over 5 years now and never once have I have not been paid for any service they have contracted to do. Very easy have p.o. and do work get paid.

You are correct in saying there were no parts needed for repair.  Instead, a new chair had to be sent and installed after several trips out to trouble shoot the original chair, which was broken.  We have done many installs for you - all correctly. 

Unfortunately, this was not the first time we were not reimbursed for doing a repair for Delstal.  That is our fault for believing we would be paid for our services.

We did contract Barrington Handyman Service for a job in New Hampshire. When they installed the equipment, they did not follow the directions and the unit quit working within 48 hours of them completing the job. We called and asked them to go check out the machine and see if it needed any additional parts to get it working. No parts were needed as Barrington Handyman Services made a mistake installing the equipment. No compensation is needed for a mistake they made on the original installation.
