Delta City Centre Hotel Ottawa Buchman, Manager A hold was put on my credit card, I was assured within 48 hours it would be released. They told me $100 American $ for the stay they took out $300. Have yet to release funds 12 days later. Calls did nothing, just lied constantly. I am now obtaining legal assistance. Don't stay at this Rip-Off Hotel much more too much to write here. Ottawa Ontario Canada

Stayed 3 nights I was being comped a room from an organzaation. They said they needed my card for incidentals. To put a hold on $100 American $ - upon leaving I checked as no incidentals were obtained and was told it will be released in 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later no release, no answers and no assistance from the hotel. I am now forced to obtain legal assistance and I have gone to the Marriott corp since I am a major stock holder and they are planning on purchasing this hotel. 

When I went to exchange American money at the hotel desk they shorted me and when I brought it to their attention they acted like they didn't know they did it. (A hotel that caters to Americans?) When change was given in the restaurant they would over charge and not give correct change, when brought to their attention they corrected it. However, should we have to correct their dishonesty.  

Hotel looks good but has leaks in the bathrooms and not an honest place to stay.
