Delta Dental-VA delta dental Does not cover claims-Basic office visit not covered and stats in document they cover. Nationwide

 I went to the Dentist Office back in July 2013. Before visiting the dentist office I called my insurance company (Delta Dental) to make see what office near me was in their network. They gave me the Midgette Family Denistry to go to. I had delta dental for 2+ years and this was my first visit to the Dentist thru them. I never used their insurance for nothing else. 6 months after the dentist visit I get a bill for over 300.00. I called my insurance company and they stated that they were unsure why it wasn't covered. I called the Dentist Office and they are telling me the same thing. Stating they showed I was covered at the time of service. Now I have a judgment that it getting ready to process thru and still no one can answer to me why it wasn't covered. It states in their documents that the cover 4 cleanings and any preventative care. This was the very basic, a regular cleaning and nothing else. Why am I being punished for this and nothing is being done about it. I feeled out a complaint form thru them still nothing. This has been hanging over my head for over a year and aoparently this is what they do. I have read several different reports with consumers stating the same thing.
