I have been in touch with a lady at the Rail Road Commission in Texas. Her name is Suzanne Steinmetz and everyone needs to contact her that has any thing invested in this Delta Interest scam. Her number is 1-214-630-8681, email, SSteinmetz@ssb.state.tx.us, Fax, 1-214-630-8699. She has verfided that this is a scam and the FBI is now been notified. Their is a Formal Investigation going on but could take months to find out whats happening. Should receive information from the FBI in about 3 to 4 weeks by mail service informing us of the investigation is going on and what we need to do. I know this is the last thing any one invested in this wanted to hear. Beleive me it has hit my husband and I very hard for we invested our whole retirement saving in this scam. Please get intouch with this lady ASAP shes trying to make sure she gets the names of everyone invested in this. SORRY, RIPPED OFF.

My husband, son and I have been taken by Mr. McFarland, too. We don't know what to do, but I do know that there is a court that came up last month or will this month. It will be federal court and that he will probably serve serveral years in prison. Also, in federal prison you have to serve at least 85% of the time given.
