Delta Kitchen/bathroom faucets delta does not honor their life time warranty - it's a big lie Indianapolis, Indiana

Six years ago I purchased lkitchen aucet made by Delta at Home Depo.   The faucet started to leak water at the bottom cap and tube developed tiny holes in it so every time I turn on the faucet, the water sprays all over the place.   I contacted the Delta no customer service and I asked them to replace my product because it was obviously defective; they refused to replace it because I did not have a receipt.   They wanted to send replacement parts, but this whole  faucet  is shot and needs to be replaced.   They should have replaced their product regardless of whether the consumer has a receipt or not as a one time courtesy to make a consumer happy.

This company does not care about their consumers.   For millions of people who purchases their product, beware this company does not care about their consumers.   Their so called life-time warranty is nothing but a big lie.   They make cheap and inferior quality products which do not last.   Don't buy their products.  Find a company that cares about their consumers.
