Have Delta shopmaster 18v power tools that are approximately 6 years old. I need a new battery and charger for them and have been told that they are no longer available and no parts are available. Kit includes light, scroll saw,drill,brad nailer,circular saw,sander. Was told by three different service centers, that the parts were only offered for a year. That basically I am out of luck and should buy new tools.
I'm not supposed to hold delta responsible because they were sold twice since making these. black and decker bought them and discontinued the line. Now I'm stuck with a case full of practically new Delta tools that are useless because you can't get batteries or parts. Delta offers no recourse other than to say sorry. No discounts, or trade in, or solutions that another battery pack would fit. I will never buy another Delta tool product.

rebuild power tool batteries.
Batteries Plus is one that I'm aware of and there are many others on the internet.
Not sure about a replacement charger though. Possibly e-Bay?
