Delta Personnel Fraud, Refusal Of Paying Wages Somerset, New Jersey

I am a member of the Army National Guard who started working for this Staffing Agency "Delta Personnel" in Somerset,NJ about two months ago. I was working for a company who only needed me for a couple weeks of work and in which the temp-agency said I would get paid every week. The very first pay period I completed wasn't even processed until the next week, why? According to the staff, their client I was working for didn't send my time sheets. Now, about two weeks ago I started working for the same Temp-Agency, and I'm still waiting on my check. I've been to the agency twice now to talk to the staff there and according to them the client said last week that they would send over my time sheets, and as of yesterday their now telling me that they have to verify that I worked that day with the manager but he's out sick.??? This company is not a professional, reliable employment agency as I have proof that they don't abide by any privacy acts as well.
