Deluxe Delivery Systems is a courier/messenger company and claims to be one of leaders of messenger service in NYC. I gave them three deliveries, of those three they damaged two. For one of the damaged deliveries the driver forged my signature,they stated that I received the package as for the damage packages they stated that they were not responsible for any damage that Delivery Delivery Systems caused to my shipment! They refuse to pay my claims, and after talking to a series of manangers (Stephen Pierce, Asho Hurill, Roneil Harisan) I taught that they would honer my claim - they just flat out SAID NO. For another delivery we had specified instructions not to leave package without signature and what did these guys do...the driver left the package on my customers front porch.
Their website never works, which makes it nearly impossible to even get your delivery scheduled. Now we have to pay for the damage that Deluxe Delivery Systems caused to our items. We will never use them again, although that hardly makes up for the problems that they have caused for my company. BOTTOM LINE: Do not waste your time and money with DELUXE DELIVERY SYSTEMS! THEY ARE WORTH-LESS JUST LIKE THEIR ENTIRE OPERATIONS!!!
