My husband and I had a man come to our door offering us a "great deal" on cable services through Cox Cable. We were a little hesitant to do the offer but it seemed like a good deal and we decided to do it. we were told that there would be a $250 deposit required for the services. We received a "work order" and paid him the money. We were told that the trucks would be in our area in the next couple of days to install our new services. After a week, we never had anybody come by to install our services. When we called Cox Cable, we were told they had no record of the order. We tried to reach the phone number on the "work order" but nobody ever answered. The name on the voice mail was Christopher Scott with Deluxe Marketing. My husband recalled a logo DMI that the man was wearing. We researched and talked to a William Biggs at Deluxe Marketing. He was very rude and told me to call Cox Cable if I had issues. When I told him we tried that he said there was nothing he could do. He said he knew Christopher Scott and he would never take our money. I can assure you he did.

Cox Cable needs to be aware of what kind of people they are dealing with. Do not answer your door for these scam artists. they will take your money and then disappear

Competitor Posting Bogus Information

AUTHOR: Tim Johnson - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, March 01, 2013

There is a another company in AZ that is a competitor to Deluxe Marketing Inc. A former employee of this group called us and shared that the owner of the other company is responsible for posting the negative posts on Deluxe Marketing. The badges that we use do not have a Deluxe Marketing logo or wording on them. Also the apparel worn in the field does not have Deluxe Marketing on it either. Furthermore the names mentioned received no calls from a customer on this matter. The post is bogus.
